Parafante Liqueurs is a north London-based liquorificio (liqueur factory) bringing the taste of Calabria – the toe of Italy’s boot – to you.
Using all-natural ingredients and simple recipes, Parafante’s mission is to change the way people think of and drink liqueurs and in the process, to shine a light on one of Italy’s unsung regions. The first liqueur of a future range is the Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur.
