Parafante Spritz
50 ml Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur
25 ml Soda
75 ml Prosecco
Serve in a wine glass over cubed ice.
Mezzogiorno Martini
50 ml Gin or Vodka
15 ml Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur
5 ml Dry Vermouth
Add all ingredients and cubed ice to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass/coupette and garnish with a lime zest.
Fig Leaf Negroni
20 ml Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur
30 ml Gin
10 ml Sweet Vermouth
25 ml Campari
Add all ingredients and cubed ice to a mixing tin and stir. Strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange wedge.
Fig Leaf Old Fashioned
50 ml Whiskey (Bourbon, Rye, Scotch)
30 ml Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur
Add all ingredients and cubed ice to a mixing tin and stir. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Fig Leaf & Tonic
50 ml Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur
150 ml Tonic Water
Lime wedge
Serve in a highball glass over cubed ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Fig Leaf Sour
50 ml Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
5 ml Sugar Syrup
15 ml Egg White (optional)
Add all ingredients to a shaker, first shake without ice, then add the ice cubes and shake again. Strain into a coupette.
Fig Leaf Twinkle
15 ml Vodka
25 ml Parafante Fig Leaf Liqueur
30 ml Prosecco
Add Parafante Fig Leaf and Vodka to a shaker, add some ice and give it a quick shake. Strain into a flute and add sparkling wine.
